Jeanie MacPherson, American actress and screenwriter (b. 1887)

Abbie Jean MacPherson (May 18, 1886 – August 26, 1946) was an American actress, writer, and director from 1908 until the late 1940s. She was a pioneer for women in the film industry. She worked with D. W. Griffith and Cecil B. DeMille, two of the foremost filmmakers of the time.

MacPherson worked as a theater and film actress before becoming a screenwriter for DeMille.
