Mustafa Fehmi Kubilay (1906- December 23, 1930) was a Turkish teacher and a lieutenant (Turkish: Asteğmen) in the Turkish army. He is considered a "Martyr of the Revolution" ("Devrim Şehidi") in Turkey.
