Richard Theodore Greener, American lawyer, academic, and diplomat (d. 1922)

Richard Theodore Greener (January 30, 1844 – May 2, 1922) was the first African-American graduate of Harvard College and the first African American professor at the University of South Carolina and went on to become the dean of the Howard University School of Law. In 2018 a statue of him was unveiled at the University of South Carolina.
