Formerly he was chairman, CEO and president of Collective Brands, Inc., the parent company for Payless ShoeSource, a footwear, accessory and lifestyle brand company; Collective Brands' Performance + Lifestyles Group (formerly The Stride Rite Corporation); and Collective Licensing International.
