Apisai Koroisau (born 7 November 1992) is a Fiji international rugby league footballer who plays as a hooker for the Penrith Panthers in the NRL.

A two time NRL premiership winner with the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Penrith Panthers, he also previously played for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in the National Rugby League.
