Patriarche Ignace IV (arabe: البطريرك إغناطيوس الرابع al-Baṭriyark'iġnāṭiyūs ar-raābi'; née ḥabīb Hazīm هزيم; 4 avril 1920 - 5 décembre 2012) Était le patriarche de l'Église orthodoxe grecque d'Antioche et de tout l'est de 1979 à 2012.
