Richard M. Brewer, American criminal (b. 1850)
Richard M. "Dick" Brewer (February 19, 1850 – April 4, 1878), was an American cowboy and Lincoln County lawman. He was the founding leader of the Regulators, a deputized posse that fought in the Lincoln County War.
