Viktor Zhirmunsky, Russian linguist and historian (d. 1971)
Viktor Maksimovich Zhirmunsky (Russian: Ви́ктор Макси́мович Жирму́нский; 2 August 1891 – 31 January 1971; also Wiktor Maximowitsch Schirmunski, Zirmunskij, Schirmunski, Zhirmunskii; Russian: Ви́ктор Макси́мович Жирму́нский) was a Russian literary historian and linguist.
