Norman Wexler, American screenwriter (d. 1999)
Norman Wexler (August 16, 1926 – August 23, 1999) was an American screenwriter whose work included films such as Saturday Night Fever, Serpico and Joe. A New Bedford native and 1944 Central High School graduate in Detroit, Wexler attended Harvard University before moving to New York in 1951.
