Albert Gore, Sr., American lawyer and politician (d. 1998)
Albert Arnold Gore (December 26, 1907 – December 5, 1998) was an American politician who served as a U.S. representative and a U.S. senator for the Democratic Party from Tennessee. He was the father of Albert A. Gore, Jr., the 45th vice president of the United States (1993–2001).
