Bernard C. Parks, American police officer and politician
Bernard C. Parks (born December 7, 1943) is an American politician and a member of the Democratic Party. He was a member of the Los Angeles City Council, representing the 8th District in South Los Angeles.

He also served as chief of the Los Angeles Police Department from August 1997 to May 2002.
