John Carpenter (athlete)

John Carpenter, American sprinter (d. 1933)
John Condict Carpenter (December 7, 1884 – June 4, 1933) was an American sprinter. He competed at the 1908 Summer Olympics in London, contributing to one of the many sporting controversies of the 1908 Games.
