Oscar Heidenstam, English bodybuilder (d. 1991)
Oscar Frederick Heidenstam (27 February 1911 – 21 March 1991) was a Cyprus-born British bodybuilding champion and physical culturist. He was president of the World Amateur Body Building Association (WABBA), the National Amateur Bodybuilders Association (NABBA), and NABBA International. He is said to be 'The Father of British Bodybuilding'.
