Patricia A. McKillip, American author
Patricia Anne McKillip (born February 29, 1948) is an American author of fantasy and science fiction. She has been called "one of the most accomplished prose stylists in the fantasy genre", and writes predominantly standalone fantasy novels. Her work has won her numerous awards, including the World Fantasy Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2008.
