Ryan Griffin, American football player
Ryan Francis Griffin (born January 11, 1990) is an American football tight end for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Connecticut, and was drafted by the Houston Texans in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
