Darren Helm, Canadian ice hockey player
Darren Helm (born January 21, 1987) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player for the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). He previously played for the Detroit Red Wings, where he won the Stanley Cup in 2008.
