Tommy Phelps, South Korean-American baseball player and coach
Thomas Allen Phelps (born March 4, 1974) is an American former professional baseball pitcher who is currently the pitching coach for the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in the New York Yankees organization.
