Walter Pidgeon, ator canadense-americano (n. 1897)
Walter Davis Pidgeon (23 de setembro de 1897 - 25 de setembro de 1984) foi um ator canadense-americano. Ele ganhou duas indicações ao Oscar de Melhor Ator por seus papéis em Mrs. Miniver (1942) e Madame Curie (1943). Pidgeon também estrelou muitos filmes como How Green Was My Valley (1941), The Bad and the Beautiful (1952), Forbidden Planet (1956), Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1961), Advise & Consent (1962), Funny Girl (1968) e Harry no seu bolso (1973).
Ele recebeu uma estrela na Calçada da Fama de Hollywood em 1960 e um Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award em 1975.
