Francis Hovell-Thurlow-Cumming-Bruce, 8º Barão Thurlow, diplomata inglês (n. 1912)
Francis Edward Hovell-Thurlow-Cumming-Bruce, 8º Barão Thurlow, (9 de março de 1912 - 24 de março de 2013) foi um diplomata britânico. Ele foi o último ex-governador colonial britânico sobrevivente das Bahamas. Thurlow era o segundo filho do reverendo Charles Hovell-Thurlow-Cumming-Bruce, 6º Barão Thurlow, e neto do político liberal Thomas Hovell-Thurlow-Cumming-Bruce, 5º Barão Thurlow, que serviu como Paymaster-General sob William Ewart Gladstone. Em 1971 ele sucedeu seu irmão mais velho como 8º Barão Thurlow.
