尼尔·约瑟夫·舍恩（Neal Joseph Schon，1954 年 2 月 27 日出生）是美国摇滚吉他手、词曲作者和歌手，以与 Journey 和 Bad English 乐队的合作而闻名。在组建 Journey 之前，他是摇滚乐队 Santana 的成员，也是 Hardline 的原始成员。

Schon 于 2013 年 8 月 23 日入选俄克拉荷马音乐名人堂，并于 2017 年 4 月 7 日作为 Journey 的成员进入摇滚名人堂。
