Thakur Artha Niranjan Joseph De Silva Deva Aditya，（生于 1948 年 5 月 11 日），被称为 Nirj Deva，是英国政治家。他是保守党成员，1999 年至 2019 年担任英格兰东南部欧洲议会议员。1992 年至 1997 年，他担任英国下议院议员 (MP)，担任布伦特福德议席和艾尔沃斯。
