费尔南多·阿明多·卢戈·门德斯（西班牙语发音：[feɾˈnando aɾˈmindo ˈluɣo ˈmendes]；生于 1951 年 5 月 30 日）是巴拉圭政治家，2008 年至 2012 年担任巴拉圭总统。此前他是罗马天主教神父和主教，担任教区主教of San Pedro from 1994 to 2005. He was elected as president in 2008, an election that ended 61 years of rule by the Colorado Party.In 2012, he was removed from office through an impeachment process that neighboring countries deemed a coup d'état . He was elected to the Senate of Paraguay in the 2013 general elections.
