迈克尔·基思·比尔·科尔文（Michael Keith Beale Colvin，1932 年 9 月 27 日－2000 年 2 月 24 日）是英国保守党政治家。 He was first elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bristol North West in 1979. From 1983 onwards, he was the MP for Romsey and Waterside constituency in Hampshire, which later became the constituency of Romsey.
